Project Estimate
Following the consultation, you’ll receive a contract with an accurate estimate of the work to be done, including a list of the items that are auction worthy. Once approved, we provide a timeline, finalize the agreement ,and schedule the work.
Property Clearing & Transition Support
Our team will handle the heavy lifting—removing items of value that we've identified and prepared for resale, while remaining contents are thoughtfully removed, donated, or disposed of.
Project Completion
Once the property has been fully cleared according to plan, we provide photo documentation of the completed spaces, ensuring everything has been handled with care and attention to detail.
