What others may overlook, she instinctively recognizes—whether it’s a piece worthy of auction, a collectible with hidden demand, or an item that simply deserves the right next home.

 

Kellie began her Estate Preparation Services because she recognized that individuals, families, and trustees were struggling with the transition from one stage of life to the next—whether through a move, downsize, or loss. In many cases it was overwhelming.

 

Her role is to step in with enthusiam, experience, and discretion, helping clients navigate what to keep, what to release, and what may hold meaningful value.

 

With a deep knowledge of resale markets and a practical, hands-on approach, Kellie ensures that nothing of significance is missed and that the process itself feels manageable from start to finish. Clients are able to move forward without the burden of sorting, coordinating, and clearing on their own—knowing each detail is being handled with care.
